Beautiful property - very new and the staff is still learning
As of now (Dec'23), the property is brand new and really beautiful, located in a stunning green setting. The staff is trying to give a feeling of a real 5-star hotel. Amenities are high quality. All is very clean.
The staff is still learning - felt like they did laundry for the first time, there were miscommunication regarding food, they couldn't help a lot on anything outside of the property. Surrounding area was still being developed. Not easy getting by using English as well. But they are trying hard!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Munnar.. The true example of a great hospitality and the overall experience was totally incredible.. The property is well maintained with a beautiful ambience.. The staffs are very friendly which made our stay even more memorable.. Indeed a beautiful resort and highly recommended..

Overall, it was a great stay. We had good time at Viceroy and recommended my friends to go for it if they plan to visit
Cleanliness, staff, location.
One thing I’d point out is the property is in isolation, perfect for a peaceful environment. But at the same time, if guests do not want to opt for any special food options based on an occasion, please have other options ready for them.
