Beautiful property - very new and the staff is still learning
As of now (Dec'23), the property is brand new and really beautiful, located in a stunning green setting. The staff is trying to give a feeling of a real 5-star hotel. Amenities are high quality. All is very clean.
The staff is still learning - felt like they did laundry for the first time, there were miscommunication regarding food, they couldn't help a lot on anything outside of the property. Surrounding area was still being developed. Not easy getting by using English as well. But they are trying hard!

The part that is honest, safe, respectful people, very clean, if you go, you will want to not leave,
Appreciate, in my travels with my family in many countries, I have not found a good resort with Peace and Soul Pleasure like Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa. Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa. We have felt like we are with our Family like we are at home in the following points. 1- Cleanliness - I am a person who is very worried about cleanliness, but at Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa I found everything very clean, it is more than what I expected or many of the 5-star hotels that I have visited. 2- Food - We enjoy with very tasty food we got the food what we expected without worry, nice food, tasty and clean. Appreciate and Big thanks to the chef. 3- The staff are very friendly, I felt like I was with my family, they are very respectful. If you want to relax, go to Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. And you will want to come back again and again. Thanks again thank you very much Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa.
